Erika has more than six years of experience in primary care and addiction medicine, with a special emphasis on aesthetic medicine. This combination allows her to address both medical and cosmetic concerns with a careful, integrated approach. Patients and colleagues know her for her calm presence, attention to detail, and her genuine investment in helping people feel better in their own skin.

His leadership style is direct, dependable, and shaped by years of real experience in the field.

Fred studied Business and Marketing at Santa Monica College and is known for running tight, thoughtful operations. Before joining Renew, he founded Elite Home Detox, where he set the standard for personalized and discreet in-home detox care. His own path in long-term sobriety gives him a level of insight and purpose that cannot be taught in a classroom.

Anna earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from New York University. She is also a Certified Professional Life Coach and a RCFE Certified Administrator, giving her a wide-ranging foundation in leadership, client care, and regulated healthcare environments. Over the past decade, she has developed intake protocols, built multidisciplinary teams, guided medical programs through rapid growth, and created the operational backbones for multiple healthcare ventures. Anna believes in taking good care of the people doing the work so they can take good care of the patients.

Her leadership helps ensure that Renew operates with consistency, compassion, and a high standard of care. Outside of work, Anna is a mom of two, a role that adds heart and perspective to the way she leads. She brings a calm, human touch to her work at Renew, focused on raising the standard of care and supporting the people who deliver it.
