Payments

Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, cancellations for scheduled services should be made with at least 24 hours’ advance notice. If sufficient notice is not provided, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or retain the applicable service fee, to the extent permitted by law and consistent with the applicable service terms.

Missed appointments may be treated as non-refundable.

Refunds and Credits

In some cases, a credit may be issued in place of a refund. If services cannot be provided due to circumstances outside the client’s control and outside the scope of any client-related disqualification, we may issue a refund or account credit at our discretion or as required by an applicable written agreement.

If a service cannot be completed because of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the user, or because the user fails to meet stated service requirements, we may deny a refund or apply a cancellation or administrative fee where permitted.

Authorization to Charge

By submitting payment information, you authorize Renew Medical Group to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees, taxes, recurring charges, renewal fees, cancellation fees, and any other authorized amounts associated with your selected services.

Memberships, Retainers, or Recurring Services

If you enroll in a recurring service, membership, or retainer arrangement, you understand that it may automatically renew according to the billing terms presented at signup or in your service agreement unless you cancel in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms. You may request cancellation by contacting us directly or by using any account-management tools we make available.

6. Mobile Devices and Apps

Mobile Access

We may make portions of the Service available through mobile-compatible websites, applications, or tools. If we do, the Service is licensed, not sold, to you, and your use remains subject to these Terms.

If you download or access any mobile application through Apple, Google, or another third-party app platform, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Renew Medical Group, not the platform provider. You also agree to comply with any applicable third-party platform terms when using any mobile version of the Service.

Carrier and Data Charges

Your wireless carrier’s message, data, or access fees may apply when using the Service on a mobile device. You are solely responsible for those charges.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

Exclusion of Certain Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENEW MEDICAL GROUP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Cap on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF RENEW MEDICAL GROUP AND ITS RELATED PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO RENEW MEDICAL GROUP FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in conduct that may harm Renew Medical Group, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.

19.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
